Our Teachers All of staff have been carefully chosen to ensure the continuing high quality of care that Tender Loving Daycare is committed to offering. All programs are led by staff who possess the following:
Tender Loving Daycare offers continued professional development for all its staff to ensure that our program is offering state of the art curriculum and best practices in the field to ensure a positive experience for you and your little one. Volunteers / Students Tender Loving Daycare has a positive relationship with members of the local community. We rely on the kindness and generosity of volunteers to aid and enhance the quality of our program. For continuity for the children volunteers are asked to make a commitment of a minimum of 3 months. All volunteers are interviewed and screened in the same careful manner as our employees. From time to time our program also benefits from cooperative students studying in Early Childhood Education or another related major. This a wonderful opportunity for both our program and participating students. Students are also required to undergo the same screening process as any other member of our team. All students and volunteers are carefully trained in the TLD philosophy and policies and procedures. They are consistently supervised and mentored by our great team throughout their placement with Tender Loving Daycare. |
