Fee Structures (2012) Payment of Fees Fees are due as scheduled regardless of absenteeism, statutory holidays or school closures due to inclement weather. We observe the following public holidays:
In addition the centre is closed from Christmas Eve at noon hour until January 2 when we resume regular services. Hours of Care Our Full Time Full Day Programs: are based on a maximum nine-hour day Monday through Friday. If your family requires more then nine hours of care you will be required to make prior arrangements in writing with the Supervisor, as only a set number of extended hour spaces are available. Our Full-time Half-day Programs: are based on a Monday through Friday attendance and consists of our Morning program offered between 7:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. where children are served snack and lunch or 6:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. with children leaving prior to lunch being served. Our Afternoon program runs between 12:30 p.m. - 5:30 p.m. children arrive having had lunch and are served an afternoon snack or from 11:30 - 4:30 with children arriving in time for lunch. Our Part-time Individual Days Programs: offers some flexibility for families who do not need care Monday through Friday but only for certain days each week. For example only two or three days per week either for a half-day for a full-day. Upon enrollment parents commit to the days and hours required and they must be consistent each week.
