Facts About Fees Registration Upon accepting a space with Tender Loving Daycare a one-time registration fee of $20.00 which will hold your child's classroom spot for up to two weeks prior to enrollment, if necessary as well as cover the administration costs of enrollment. This
fee is non-refundable should unforeseen circumstances result in your child not
enrolling in the centre. Security Deposit A
security deposit equal to one weeks fees for care will be required with your first
payment. This can be refunded or applied to your last weeks care with
proper written notice of withdrawal. If proper notice is not received your
security deposit will be kept in lieu of notice. Program Fees Program fees are required to be paid biweekly on your scheduled Friday. A payment schedule will be given upon enrollment. Posted dated cheques are strongly encouraged, as a late fee of $5.00 per day will be charged if payments are not received on time. If
you need to arrange an alternate payment schedule you will be required to make
arrangements in writing with the Program Supervisor or Director. If you are paying in cash, please submit payments ONLY to a full-time staff member and wait for your temporary receipt. The Centre will not be held responsible for fees not given directly to a staff member. Government
subsidized services may be available to eligible families. Further information

section. Receipts We
do not regularly issue biweekly invoices or receipts. Every February 28th
a child care Tax receipt for the previous years tuition will be available at the
centre for income tax purposes. Parents may sign for them at the office. Only
one receipt may be issued. Replacement receipts will cost $25.00/issuance. Withdrawal / Changes of Care Required Written
notice of withdrawal must be given to the office within two weeks of
your last day in order to apply your security deposit. Proper notice must
include your child's full name, enrolled classroom and last day of presence. You
must record which weeks to apply your security deposit to. It must be signed and
dated and given personally to the centre supervisor. If
your withdraw is to be temporary in nature your child will be place on our
waiting list and we will make every effort to try and return your child to the
same classroom upon your requested return. However due to the demand of quality
childcare in the area we cannot hold or guarantee a replacement space. If
you need to change the days of care required or pick up additional days the same
procedures apply. Requested changes must be made in writing and proper documents
completed with the centre supervisor. Tender
Loving Daycare may terminate services at any time if policies are not followed
or fees are not paid.
